During his formative teenage years, Gopal Ji led a life characterized by unwavering discipline and dedicated training. Surrounded by a circle of highly educated and knowledgeable yogis, he embarked on his formal journey at the age of fifteen under the wise tutelage of his grandfather. His initial training encompassed the study of asanas and bhakti.
Gopal Ji's profound fondness for yoga and its holistic principles led him to pursue advanced studies at the Ved Niketan International School of Yoga. In alignment with the eight limbs of Yoga, he continued his journey of self-study (svadhyaya) by successfully completing various teacher training courses, guided by several renowned instructors. Not only is Gopal Ji a highly knowledgeable teacher, but he has also attained certification as a master in Ayurvedic therapies and wellness management.
